Who is Devin Colligan?

Devin has been a local to the Greater Daytona Beach Area since 2002, where he was enrolled in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program at Spruce Creek High School in Port Orange. He attended the United States Naval Academy (USNA) in Annapolis, Maryland.  After receiving his B.S. in Engineering, Devin then worked for a large General Contractor in Central Florida and became the youngest lead Quality Control Manager in the company's history.  Devin is currently the leader of Volusia County's CFRI meeting, providing value to the community of local real estate investors.  


Over time, Devin has built a track record of many successful ventures in real estate.  Both in his personal portfolio and as a manager for others, Devin identifies high-value properties and turns them into profitable opportunities.    With Devin's experience, numerous industry connections, and commitment to delivering results, you can trust that your real estate needs will be met with the highest level of professionalism and care.

Angel Marie Cortez


 Angel is a vital part of our real estate team, bringing creativity, analytical thinking, and dedication to both advertising and underwriting efforts. With a strong background in marketing and a growing expertise in real estate analysis, Angel ensures that every property we work with is positioned for success—both visually and financially.


In her advertising role, Angel crafts compelling property listings, develops engaging content for social media, and designs eye-catching marketing materials that help our properties stand out in a competitive market. She understands the importance of storytelling in real estate and uses her skills to attract the right buyers or investors.


On the underwriting side, Angel contributes by analyzing property data, researching market comps, and estimating potential after-repair values. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy help the team make well-informed decisions, identify high-potential deals, and minimize risk.


Angel is passionate about real estate and always eager to learn and grow. She collaborates closely with agents, managers, and analysts to make sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Her dual focus on marketing and numbers makes her a well-rounded asset, contributing significantly to our team’s ongoing success in the real estate industry. 

Client Relations Coordinator

Aira San Miguel


Aira is a highly dedicated and detail-oriented Client Relations Coordinator with over 6 years of experience as a General Virtual Assistant, bringing a strong blend of administrative expertise, client-facing communication skills, and a results-driven mindset. With a background in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Aira combines her organizational and analytical abilities with a genuine passion for building and nurturing client relationships.


Known for her professionalism, reliability, and ability to work under minimal supervision, Aira takes pride in delivering outstanding client support, maintaining smooth communication, and ensuring that client needs are met with efficiency and care. Her experience spans calendar management, CRM handling, customer service, data tracking, and process improvement, making her a versatile asset in any team.


Whether she’s coordinating with internal teams, solving client concerns, or preparing accurate financial reports, Aira ensures that each task is handled with precision, accountability, and a touch of warmth that leaves clients feeling valued and supported.
