Who is Devin Colligan?
Devin has been a local to the Greater Daytona Beach Area since 2002, where he was enrolled in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program at Spruce Creek High School in Port Orange. He attended the United States Naval Academy (USNA) in Annapolis, Maryland. After receiving his B.S. in Engineering, Devin then worked for a large General Contractor in Central Florida and became the youngest lead Quality Control Manager in the company's history. Devin is currently the leader of Volusia County's CFRI meeting, providing value to the community of local real estate investors.
Over time, Devin has built a track record of many successful ventures in real estate. Both in his personal portfolio and as a manager for others, Devin identifies high-value properties and turns them into profitable opportunities.
